24 chicken wings (about 5 to 6 lbs of Botany Bay Farm wings 1/2 cup soy sauce** 1/2 cup rice vinegar 2 tablespoons honey juice of 1 lemons 1 clove garlic, peeled and mashed 1 teaspoon curry powder 1/4 teaspoon ginger 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon thyme 1/2 teaspoon peppercorns, crushed 3 tablespoons butter 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Directions Mix soy sauce, vinegar, honey, lemon juice, lemon rind, and all seasonings. Marinate buffalo wings in the mixture for several hours or overnight. Place wings in a stainless steel baking pan, brush with butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. (We usually omit the last two steps.) Bake at 350 degrees for at least 1 & 1/2 hours for super tender wings. **if avoiding soy, coconut aminos is a good substitue :)

Bill's Blue Cheese Dip (from All Recipes.com) 3/4 cup sour cream 1 1/3 cups mayonnaise (use our homemade mayo!) 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Season with mustard, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir in blue cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving for best flavor.
