The air is abuzz with summertime activity here on the farm; the pigs are nosing around the damp forest floor, the bees are busily jetting to-and-fro collecting their pollen, and the cows are grazing lazily in the knee-high grass with the chickens in tow as they run their grassy circuits. The cool air smells like fresh-cut grass and happiness. It’s the first week of summer in the northwest and it is a beautiful one!
This time of the year is always busy, but we hope you can make some time in the bustle of your schedule to come share a little bit of your summer with us here on the farm at one of our upcoming field days - Come on over for a tour, activities, live music, and a petting zoo for the kids - It’s the perfect opportunity to see natural farming concepts in practice, make some new friends, and hang out with the family.
