To make 2 quarts of broth all you need is
-2 lbs. pastured chicken feet
-3 celery stalks
Place all the ingredients in a pot (we like to use our crock-pot), cover with water and let it simmer on low for 24 hours. Finally, strain the broth through a fine mesh strainer into a glass jar.
