The cuts that our butcher provides for beef include the following:
Offal Meats (heart, tongue, liver, kidney, and oxtail) are also available at $0.55/lb.
How to Order
Ordering your pasture-raised beef is easy!
1. Simply reserve your whole or half beef today by placing a deposit here.
2. Mohawk Meats will contact you to determine the cuts you would like.
3. When your beef is ready we will contact you for pick up here at the farm.
4. Enjoy your beef!

THE ALL INCLUSIVE PRICE* - sold by the pound hanging weight**.
Whole Beef: $5.70/lb* (450lb average hanging weight)
Half Beef: $5.80/lb* (225lb average hanging weight)
*The all inclusive price is for the standard cut & wrap price; anything priced above the standard cut & wrap price will be added to your final total.
**Price is based off of hanging weight not finished weight. Hanging weight is the term used to describe the total weight of the animal after the skin, innards and blood have been removed. Finished Weight is what you pick up at the butcher. The difference that you do not receive is the inedible parts that the butcher disposes of.
